How to fix computer from auto wake up randomly in 3 steps (USB 3.0 Extension Controller)

This step by step guide with images will help you destroy the computer auto wake up super annoying problem on windows 10.

First Step, know the cause by checking CMD

First of all you need to check this guide to know which is the reason that makes the system auto wakes up or follow these step below:

Run cmd and type:

powercfg/lastwake to know which is the one wake up your computer (last time).

Or use this to check all the devices that have the permission to wake up your PC

powercfg -devicequery wake_armed

After know those devices I tried to turn off them by commands and on Device Manger (as tons of guide on the internet) but nothing help.

Of course, I disabled "Allow wake up timer" function in Power Option but it doesn't work. Computer auto wake up comes from many reasons not just from Wake Up Timer. 

My PC still auto wakes up after nearly 2 hours.

Intel(R) USB 3.0 eXtensible Host Controller - 0100 (Microsoft)

The most problem that people can't prevent PC from automatically wakes up come from USB.

It's usually come from: Intel(R) USB 3.0 eXtensible Host Controller - 0100 (Microsoft)

I don't know thich is USB 3.0 but I wonder is it my mechanical keyboard? So I find it on Device Manager and try to disable it.

As you can see, I can't uncheck "Allow this device to wake the computer" because the system does not allow me to.

So I tried another way, I come to "Keyboards" position and try to turn off that function.

Yes, I think I've done after that step.

But the system still randomly wake up. It made me annoyed so much.

How can I solve this problem (in my situation)

I don't know if it help you solve your problem but it helped me get rid of that stupid issue.

Step 1: Click on Window icon and type Edit Power Plan and enter (windows 10)

Step 2: Click on Change Advanced Power Settings

Step 3: Config them like this picture:

When i turn off 'Allow hybrid sleep" and choose 'Never' for Hibernate After, beside that I disabled 'USB selective suspend setting", my problem solved.

I think problem comes from Hybrid Sleep and Hibernate mode.

This is how I fix that issue after reading tons of tutorial on the internet but none of them can help.
